1
I make your mock-up
I use what is already public about your business to put together the homepage, so there is nothing for you to send me first.
2
You decide
Tell me what you would change. If you would rather leave it there, that is fine and it has cost you nothing.
3
I build the rest
If you want to go ahead, I finish the website, get it live and look after it from then on.
What you get for £99 a month.
Your website built for you
I design and build it around your business. You are not handed a website builder and left to work it out.
The words written for you
I write the content, and you get a round of revisions on it. You are not sent an empty site to fill in yourself.
Hosting and the technical side
Hosting, SSL, domain configuration and a contact form that works, plus the technical upkeep that keeps it all running.
Changes when you need them
Prices, services, photos, opening hours, contact details. Email me the change and I will sort it.
Monitoring and upkeep
I keep an eye on uptime, the contact form and your domain renewal, and refresh the content once a year.
One person looking after it
The person who built your website is the person who answers when you email about it.
A homepage and up to three other pages, plus setting up your Google Business Profile if you have not got one. Anything outside that, you and I agree the price before I start.
Is this for me?
Probably, if your website mainly needs to explain what you do, where you work and how people can get hold of you. Dog groomers, electricians, builders, salons, cleaners, driving instructors, gardeners and businesses like them.
Probably not, if
your website changes every day, or you need to manage live stock, bookings or products yourself. You'll need a different sort of website from the one I build.

I'm Sam.
I'll build your website, write the content, make the changes, and answer your emails.
There isn't an account manager in between us, and you won't end up explaining the same thing to three different people.
I keep Website Studio small on purpose, so that when you email about a price change or a new photo you are talking to the person who can sort it.
Things I get asked.
What if I want to leave?+
Give me 30 days' notice and that's it. No exit fee. Your domain stays yours, your content stays yours, and if you are moving the website elsewhere I'll give you the site files too.
What am I paying for every month?+
The website itself, hosting, SSL, the domain configuration and the contact form, the normal changes you ask for during the month, and someone keeping an eye on it. Most websites are sold once and then quietly left to rot. Yours is looked after for as long as you are with me.
Do I need to have a call?+
No. The whole thing can be done by email, from the first mock-up through to getting the site live. If you would rather talk it through, that is fine too.
What do you need from me to make the mock-up?+
Your business name and roughly what you do. I can work from what is already public, so there is nothing to prepare and no content pack to send me.
What if I already have a website?+
Then I'll rebuild it and move everything across. You don't need to do anything, and I can keep anything from the old site that is worth keeping.
Do I need to write anything?+
Only if you want to. I write the content and send it to you, and you get a round of changes on it.
Is there anything extra to pay?+
There is no setup fee and no VAT on top. The domain name is a few pounds a year, and only if you have not already got one. The normal managed website is covered by the £99 a month; if you ask for something outside that, you and I agree the price before I start any work. Prices are reviewed once a year in April and I'll tell you before anything changes.
